Pop-Up Workshops

Everyone has a voice, let us help you celebrate yours!

Do you sing in the shower or hum along to your favourite tunes on the radio?  Or perhaps you are already in a choir and would like an opportunity to sing with others.

Who For?

Our pop-up workshops are fully inclusive and designed for anyone and everyone; no previous experience is required.  We offer a friendly and relaxed environment in which to sing lovely harmonies with others with the emphasis on having fun.  The health benefits of singing are well proven, and we actively encourage those who may not have sung in a group before to give us a try.  There are no auditions and no solos, so no worries!

How it Works

After a gentle physical and vocal warm up together, we divide into small clusters and simultaneously teach three or four harmonies by ear - there is no reading of sheet music and we sing a capella - to sing all together creating a glorious, and full sound.  A 'tea and cake' break mid‑way through allows time to relax, chat and re‑charge.  The songs we teach are many and varied, from all over the world as well as pop, folk and gospel.

Come along, immerse yourself in song and leave feeling happy, uplifted, full of confidence and maybe wanting more!

All workshops run on a Saturday afternoon from 2pm until 4.30pm at a cost of £15 for the session (payable in advance).

Dates and locations of forthcoming workshops are:  Please check the Calendar for future events.
